Appointments are released in one drop a week, every Sunday at 12:01 AM Pacific. Slots are first come, first served, and a slot is yours once the confirmation appears. An associate follows up to confirm the details afterwards.

Only book appointments for yourself and only take slots you intend to keep. Holding slots you do not plan to use takes them from someone who would.

Let Khiana know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel. Cancelling inside the 24-hour window carries a $20 fee.

Arriving more than 20 minutes late means the appointment may be cancelled, or a $10 late fee may apply. The late fee is waived in genuinely extenuating circumstances.

You can change the design you want up until your appointment starts, with the exception of designs complex enough that the time has been reserved for them. Once the appointment begins, the design is set.

Removals need to be mentioned during the consultation. If it comes up only on the day, an extra $5 is added to the soak-off price, or the removal may not be possible in the time booked.

Fills are only done on Khiana's own work. Coming in with a set from elsewhere carries an automatic $15 removal fee. Fills are available for one to four weeks of growth; after two fills a fresh set is needed.

Cash and Venmo, paid in person at the appointment. Prices are on the pricing card on the home page, and design levels are priced by complexity.

You are welcome to bring someone, but let Khiana know before the appointment.

Tell Khiana about allergies, skin conditions, or any injury to the nail or surrounding skin before work begins. Services may be declined where they would not be safe.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has access, say so straight away.

The nail photography and written content on this site belong to Khiana's Nails. Please do not repost, edit or use them commercially without asking first. Sharing a photo of your own nails is, of course, always welcome.

This site is provided as-is. It may occasionally be unavailable, and a booking is only secured once you have a confirmation.
