Privacy Policy

Khiana's Nails collects the minimum needed to book and run an appointment. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared with advertisers, and there is no tracking on this site.

Only what you type in, and only where you type it:

• Booking — your name, email address, the slot you chose, and any notes you add about the design.
• Account — your email address, so appointments can be tied to you and shown again later.
• Waitlist — your name, contact details and the dates you are hoping for.
• Reviews — the name and optional Instagram handle you submit with a review.

To hold your appointment, to send you a confirmation and a cancellation notice, to reach you if something about your slot changes, and to show reviews you have chosen to publish. That is all.

Appointments, accounts, waitlist entries and reviews are stored in Supabase, a hosted database in the United States. Supabase also sends the sign-in emails that let you get into your account. The site itself is served by Cloudflare. Each of those providers processes your data only to run the service. Khiana confirms appointments personally by Instagram DM — the site does not email you about your booking.

Your details are not sold, rented or traded. They are not used for advertising, they are not shared with data brokers, and there is no analytics or advertising tracking anywhere on this site.

Appointment history stays as long as your account exists, so you can look back at past visits. Ask for your account to be deleted and the associated bookings, waitlist entries and reviews go with it.

You can ask to see the information held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send a DM to @khianas.nails on Instagram and it will be handled.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA — including the right to know what is collected and to request deletion. Those requests are handled the same way, and you will not be treated differently for making one. Note there is no sale or sharing of personal information to opt out of, because none happens.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and accounts are not knowingly created for them. Clients under 18 should book with a parent or guardian's knowledge.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be mentioned on Instagram.
